ReadyCNA is a comprehensive cloud-based training program to prepare individuals for careers as certified nursing assistants. The program revolves around “The Residents,” a three-hour, Hollywood-quality movie that depicts the life of a newly hired CNA. The training is complemented with animated simulations, informative video interviews with real-life medical personnel, 180 content videos, quizzes, and practice tests. ReadyCNA goes beyond helping students learn required skills and achieve CNA certification. It also prepares them for the emotional and interpersonal challenges of the job – as well as its rewards.

“The Residents,” a three-hour, Hollywood-quality movie, depicts the experience of a newly hired CNA, teaching empathy and giving students real-life experiences in an online setting. Broken into short episodes for easy watching, the film takes viewers through a new CNA’s first few weeks of employment as she interacts with residents, family members and other staff.
Film episodes and supporting resources are organized in such a way that trainees are not overwhelmed with information.
