Tim Murray

CEO

Mr. Murray is currently Executive Chairman of the Board, Voxy; Chairman of Redline Speed Worx; Chairman of The Clarke Companies; Executive Chairman of American Prison Data Systems and a Director at Metova.  He is a Director and CEO of Cinematic Health Education, Inc. He serves as an Operating Advisor to Lightview Capital Partners and an Executive in Residence at ReThink Education, a venture capital firm.

Most recently, Murray served K12 Inc. (LRN) as President and Chief Operating Officer, where he led the company’s two largest operating divisions: Managed Public Schools – a network of 70+ virtual charter schools; and Fuel Education, which sold content, curriculum and services to traditional brick and mortar schools. Responsibilities included school operations, marketing, development, IT, sales and HR.  He also served as Chairman of the Board of Middlebury Interactive Languages.

He is an accomplished executive with decades of experience working for successful public and private companies. Mr. Murray served as Chief Executive Officer of Pulsepoint, Inc., a digital media technology company formed by the merger of ContextWeb, a top-rated advertising exchange, and Datran Media. He joined ContextWeb in March of 2010 and served as the company's CEO.

Prior to ContextWeb, Mr. Murray was chief operating officer of Dialogic Inc., overseeing the daily operations of all aspects of sales, customer service and support, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, quality initiatives, and human resources.  Dialogic acquired Cantata Technologies, where Mr. Murray was CEO. Previous roles included Chief Operating Officer – Cross Match Technologies, and CEO of Riversoft Plc.

Mr. Murray began his career at AT&T and over twenty years was promoted to positions of increasing responsibilities, including in sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and product management. As President of Business Network Services, he was responsible for AT&T’s $22B business for wireline and data services to business customers.

Mr. Murray received a B.S. and M.S. in Management and Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  He resides in Bridgewater NJ with his wife Debbie. He has a professional passion for helping to improve the state of education and workforce development in the US.



Dennis Brooks

Vice President of Business Development

Dennis Brooks has spent his whole career in healthcare. After graduating with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Dennis has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, physician practices, nursing homes and healthcare billing and consulting firms. He has been in charge of physician practice groups for large health systems, run business development for health care systems, operated and sold practice management software for physicians, and been the Administrator at several senior care facilities, including nursing homes and an assisted living community.
