Do you provide training on how to use the online system?
Yes. You will be paired with a client success manager who will guide you through the needed training for you and your staff.
Do you provide technical support?
We provide 24/7 technical support for our partners and their students.
Do you supply any of the skills training information?
We provide information on the skills that are required in your state, but for CNA programs, there is a requirement that the skills be taught in-person.
Do you provide marketing support for student recruitment?
We provide an array of marketing tools and support. We work with our partners to provide social media posts, collateral and other marketing materials.
Do you provide regulatory application support?
Where required, our client success manager will help guide you through the regulatory process and provide you with the relevant documentation.
Can all my instructors gain access to the course or is there an additional fee? Is there a limit on how many instructors to have?
We do not limit how many instructors or administrators can have free access to the course.
Can I see student progress and print their transcripts for my records?
Our learning management system provides the reporting tools you will need to monitor student progress and print transcripts.
When/how will we be billed?
You are invoiced after a student enrolls in the program.
